Cancellation Policy

For canceling your orders, please send us a request on email on service@opencube.in along with your order number and reason for cancellation (optional). Charges for cancellation are as below:

A) If payment method is COD and if cancelled within 1 hours of order placement, cancellation request will be accepted and no charges for cancellation will be taken .

B) If payment method is COD and if cancelled after 2 hours of order placement, cancellation request will be accepted but booking amount will NOT be refunded in case of order cancellation.

C) If payment method is prepaid and item has not been shipped, cancellation request will be accepted order cancellation will be charged at 5% of order value or Rs.200, whichever is higher.

D) If payment method is prepaid and item has been shipped, cancellation request will be accepted and order cancellation will be charged at 10% of order value or Rs.400, whichever is higher.
